The top is soft quilted cotton in our soft floral Blossom print, with a water-resistant layer sewn inside underneath it, and a pocket flap keeps the essentials together. It folds up small to slip into a diaper bag, and opens out flat for a change on the bed, the sofa or a hotel room.
