SHIPPING POLICY
At The Pillow Company Kids, we want your shopping experience to be simple and hassle-free. We make sure every product you order is in perfect condition and reaches you within the time we commit to. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below.
Shipping method We ship by express delivery as standard. Normal delivery takes up to 10 to 14 business days.
Shipping charges
- Rs. 1000 to 4999: Rs. 350
- Rs. 5000 to 19999: Rs. 750
- Rs. 20000 to 29999: Rs. 1500
- Above Rs. 30000: 6% to 10% based on the ordered item
Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods. Extra shipping and handling charges apply for international shipments.
How long will delivery take? Orders take 10 to 14 business days to be delivered. Please contact our team for expedited delivery.
Duties & taxes for international orders Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items at the time of port entry, and these vary by destination country and product. You pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, and similar) at the time of delivery, after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
Where we ship from All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India, and delivered to the shipping address given at checkout.
Packaging Every item is carefully packed at our warehouse and sealed in tamper and weather proof packaging to avoid damage. If a package looks tampered with or damaged on delivery, please do not accept it and contact us right away at +91 98188 81096 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM) or email hello@thepillowcompanykids.com.
Delivery time & tracking Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Our delivery partners attempt delivery three times before the package is returned to us, so please give a complete and accurate address with zip code and mobile number for faster delivery. Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards and net banking. Your payment details stay confidential and are processed through a secure, trusted payment gateway.
