Shipping Policy

At The Pillow Company Kids, every order is checked and packed at our own warehouse in Delhi before it leaves us. Here is what to expect.

How long delivery takes

Orders take 10 to 14 business days to reach you within India. Timelines can run a little longer during sale periods.

Shipping charges within India

  • Orders from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 4,999: Rs. 350
  • Orders from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 19,999: Rs. 750
  • Orders from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 29,999: Rs. 1,500
  • Orders above Rs. 30,000: 6% to 10% of the order, depending on the pieces ordered

International orders

Shipping for international orders is charged separately. Duties and taxes are not included in your order. Most countries charge duties on imported items when they arrive, and these vary by country and product. You pay them directly to the carrier (such as DHL or FedEx) on delivery, after the carrier sends you an invoice.

Where we ship from

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi, India, and delivered to the shipping address given at checkout.

Packaging

Every piece is packed with care and sealed before it leaves us. If a package looks tampered with or damaged when it arrives, please do not accept it and contact us straight away on +91 98188 81096 (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or at hello@thepillowcompanykids.com.

Tracking

We email you when your order ships and again when it is delivered. Our delivery partners attempt delivery three times before a package comes back to us, so please give a complete address with pin code and a mobile number.

Payment

We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, and net banking. Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
